1. User Obligations

1.1. By using this Site, Users agree not to do the following:

2. The Obligations of This Site Administration

2.1. If there are any doubts regarding the legality of this Site usage, or if this Site Administration finds any violations of these rules by the Users, this Site Administration reserves the right to delete, block, or forcibly change such Users' accounts at any time.

2.2. This Site Administration shall exercise control over User's IP addresses while using this Site, and in case there is information about other Users using the same IP address, shall be entitled to block the possibility of using this Site from such IP address until termination of use of one IP address by different Users.

2.3. This Site Administration shall be entitled to delete User's account at this Site in case of termination of services.

2.4. This Site Administration is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance of its obligations, as well as for possible damage resulting from:

2.4.1. Unlawful actions of Internet users, aimed at violation of information security or normal functioning of the Site;

2.4.2. Malfunction of the Site caused by errors in code, computer viruses and other extraneous code fragments in the software of the Site;

2.4.3. Lack of Internet connection between the User's server and the Site's server;

2.4.4. Other cases, connected with actions of users, aimed at worsening the general situation with the use of Internet and computer equipment.

2.5. This Site Administration has the right to suspend the Site at any time for maintenance works.

2.6. This Site Administration can process information about payers and payments made on the Site, to monitor and analyze User compliance.

2.7. This Site Administration can process the data of Users, collect statistics of Users' activities on this Site, and display the results of research conducted on the Site.

3. Registration on the Site

3.1. Registration on the Site consists of providing information and documents, as a result of which the User gets an account to work with the Site.

3.2. This Site Administration may request extra information.
